TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company was established in November 2002 by TSKB for appraisal services. It was accepted to be listed in the “Committee List” according to Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) regulation numbered Serial: VIII, No: 35 and dated February 2003.

TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company uses the background, experience and knowledge accumulation of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bank. TSKB has more than fifty years of experience in real estate and machinery appraisal .

Our company was established with a paid in capital of 300 billion TL; 20% of which represents the shareholding of two certified responsible appraisers according to Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) regulation numbered Serial:VIII, No:35.

TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company evaluates the value of the real estate according to CMB regulations by using methods accepted in international standards.
