Location and Area of the Tangible Asset to be Sold : A real property of a vacant land kind that is 12.911,00 square meters and located in the City of Yalova, Altınova District, Kaytazdere Village, the location called Okçapınarı, registered at Altınova Official Title Register under 32Ü11c section number and 3123 parcel number; and a real property of cold storage depot facilities and a polyester factory and the outbuilding thereof of massive stone construction with a yard those are 37.075,06 square meters in total and located in the City of Yalova, Altınova District, Kaytazdere Village, the location called Okçapınarı, registered at Altınova Official Title Register under 32ÜIIc section number and 3882 parcel number.
