S. Hüseyin Gürel

Born in 1983 in Istanbul, Seyit Hüseyin Gürel graduated from the Department of Economics at the Middle East Technical University in 2007. Starting his professional life at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey, Mr. Gürel held various positions in Financial Analysis Department between 2007 and 2015. Mr. Gürel was positioned in Corporate Banking Department in 2015. Mr. Gürel was promoted as the Department Head of Corporate Banking Marketing in 2019 and appointed as Department Head of Advisory Services and Marketing in 2020. As of 1 September 2023, Hüseyin Gürel has been appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Advisory Services Sales, Financial and Technical Advisory Department, Credit Restructure and Resolution, Engineering Departments.
