Executed under the cooperation of TSKB and GİRVAK to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Türkiye, TSKB Co-Venture program is moving to the advanced stage module. In the new phase of the program, advanced stage initiatives that have developed their prototypes, verified their products and are preparing for market entry or scaling will be supported.

With the second module of the program, which is implemented under the cooperation of the Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye (TSKB) and the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK), and in which 14 teams took part in the first phase, advanced stage startups are also included in TSKB Co-Venture. Startups in this module will receive support in growing their products in the market, reaching new customers, creating a revenue model, developing corporate collaborations, preparing to meet with investors and strengthening their scaling strategies.

Focusing on startups developing solutions in the fields of climate, health, education and disaster technologies, TSKB Co-Venture aims to strengthen their business models, growth strategies and impact capacities as well as their products. Within the scope of the program, entrepreneurs will be offered trainings tailored to their needs, one-to-one mentorships, hands-on workshops and strategic business development support.

Two different paths for ventures

The venture builder model differs from traditional acceleration programs by offering two separate paths for startups at different maturity levels. While teams at the idea stage will be supported in productization and prototype development processes, advanced stage startups will be supported in market entry, customer acquisition, business model validation, investment preparation and scaling.

TSKB Co-Venture takes teams that have an idea, but whose roadmap has not yet been finalized to the stage of producing their first working prototypes. It offers a holistic journey that prepares teams that have prototypes ready and tested their solutions for the go-to-market and scaling processes. Thanks to customized training, mentoring and hands-on workshops at each stage, startups can reach market-ready, sustainable and impactful business models at the end of the program.

Entrepreneurs participate in intensive training programs

The 14 startups selected in the first module of the program are currently receiving training and involved in the process of developing, productizing and prototyping their business ideas. Entrepreneurs are supported both by TSKB's advisors from various fields of expertise and mentors from the GİRVAK ecosystem. In this process, entrepreneurs participate in an intensive development program on understanding user needs, solution validation, business model creation, product development and first customer journey.

Through the second module of the program, advanced start-ups are included in TSKB Co-Venture. Startups in this module will receive support in growing their products in the market, reaching new customers, creating a revenue model, developing corporate collaborations, preparing to meet with investors and strengthening their scaling strategies.

Throughout the program, entrepreneurs are provided with one-to-one mentoring with experts in their field, market entry and growth strategies, investor preparation and access to financing support, as well as workshops with a focus on business model, sales and customer acquisition, cooperation with corporate stakeholders, pilot implementation opportunities, Demo Day and wide visibility opportunities.

The advanced stage module of TSKB Co-Venture aims to transform startups that will contribute to Türkiye's sustainable future into strong and permanent players in the market.

In the program, priority will continue to be given to initiatives with women in the founding team and emerging from the regions affected by the 6 February earthquakes.
