TSKB Announces a New Executive Appointment
According to the disclosure filed by the Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye to the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) on January 21, 2025, Ozan Uyar was appointed as Executive Vice President.
Born in 1974 in Eskişehir, Ozan Uyar graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Uyar began his professional career in 1997 as an Assistant Auditor at the Internal Audit Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Working as Assistant Manager and Department Manager in the Commercial Loans Allocation Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. between 2006 and 2015, Mr. Uyar assumed the roles of the Loans Portfolio Management Manager in 2015, the Corporate Banking Marketing and Sales Manager in 2017, the Corporate Loans Allocation Manager in 2020 and the Project Finance Manager in 2021. Working as a manager at İşbank's corporate branches since 2002, Uyar will be responsible for the Loans Allocation, Financial Analysis and Loan Operations departments.
Through TSKB’s Board of Directors' resolution on January 21, 2025, it was resolved that Ozan Uyar would be appointed as Executive Vice President, with his assumption of the new role subject to the completion of the legal procedures mandated by the Banking Law.
