TSKB Holds Special Art Contest for Young People in 75th Year
In its 75th year, the Bank aims to support productive acts by young people and bring new works to the attention of the art world through the TSKB 75th Year Contemporary Artwork Contest titled “From Roots to Date: With Art to the Future”. The contest invites young talents from different art disciplines to carry the inspiration of their roots into the future.
TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye) has been actively contributing to Türkiye's multidimensional development journey for 75 years and continues to share its deep-rooted know-how and experience in projects that transform the future through the Bank's vision of a sustainable future. TSKB keeps supporting social and cultural development through education and arts. In its 75th year, the Bank is launching yet another project to support young people in their artistic journey.
Applications for the TSKB 75th Year Contemporary Artwork Contest, which is launched to encourage artistic production in various disciplines by young people studying art, thus facilitating new works of art in our country, creating a new space for young artists to exhibit their works and encouraging young people in their lifelong learning journey, will open on October 6, 2025.
The works to be selected by the jury chaired by Prof. İdil Akbostancı from the Department of Textiles at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts will be installed in a special exhibition hosted by the Bank and curated by Prof. İdil Akbostancı.
About the Contest
Application Period: October 6 - November 15, 2025
Scope of and Participation Conditions for the Contest: The contest welcomes all forms of expression of visual arts such as Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography, Video, New Media (digital works, VR/AR projects, interactive designs), Graphics, Installation, Textile and Mixed Media.
Turkish citizens below 30 years of age and studying at associate, undergraduate and graduate (master's) programs at the Faculties of Fine Arts, Faculties of Art and Design, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design programs and related departments of the Faculties of Art and Social Sciences, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design programs and related departments of the Faculties of Art, Design and Architecture, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design programs and related departments of the Faculties of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design programs and related departments of the Faculties of Communication, departments of Painting and Art Education of the Faculties of Education offering applied art education can apply for the contest.
