TSKB Issued a USD 300 Million 5-Year Eurobond

We have successfully executed a USD 300 million 5-year senior Eurobond issuance in the international capital markets.
Our issuance attracted strong demand from a well diversified group of qualified investors, particularly from the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with total orders reaching over 3 times the issuance size.
The final pricing tightened by 37,5 basis points from the opening to the closing, landing at a 7,25% yield. This remarkable outcome once again confirms TSKB’s strong reputation in international markets and the continued investor confidence in our sustainable growth strategy.
