TSKB Meets Youngsters at the 13th Career Workshop

The TSKB Career Workshop, Türkiye’s first and only recruitment workshop in the field of development and investment banking, was held for the 13th time this year. Supporting intergenerational experience sharing, TSKB has once again come together with young talents. TSKB Executive Vice President Özlem Bağdatlı stated, "Through the Career Workshop, which has become one of the cornerstones of our bank's talent management, we continue to guide youth along their career journeys while introducing them to the world of development and investment banking".

Türkiye’s first development and investment bank, the Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye (TSKB), held the 13th edition of the TSKB Career Workshop, which it launched to bring young talents into the sector. This year's workshop was attended by 35 youngsters, including senior students, recent graduates, and master's students from departments such as business administration, economics, and industrial engineering at universities offering education in foreign languages.

Through the workshop held with the motto “Reveal Your Difference,” students received comprehensive information from TSKB’s expert teams regarding the sustainable banking model, financing of development investments, investment banking, and advisory applications. Candidates had the opportunity to get to know the bank's fields of activity closely during the department introduction webinar organized before the workshop. Participants, who received training on TSKB’s online education and development platform named “Partner with the Future” under the titles “Effective Presentation Preparation Techniques,” “Finance for Non-Financial Professionals,” “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence,” and “Technology Literacy,” were accompanied by internal coaches throughout the workshop. The teams, addressing a comprehensive case study designed for a sample company, analyzed alternative investment projects located in different sectors; they conducted a multi-dimensional evaluation process under the headings of strategic prioritization, financial feasibility assessment, sectoral analysis, and risk management. The teams have also worked by proposing suggestions with a sustainability perspective on how the environmental and social impacts of investments should be managed.
