TSKB Receives 6 Awards from Brandon Hall Group

TSKB achieved a great success and won a total of 6 awards, comprising 4 gold and 2 bronze awards, at the Excellence Awards by Brandon Hall Group, one of the world's most respected corporate award events evaluating human resources practices. TSKB has been awarded for three consecutive years at Brandon Hall Awards for its people-oriented approach. This year, TSKB received gold awards in the categories of Best Unique or Innovative HR Program, Best Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Program, Best Unique or Innovative and Development Program, and Best Employee Engagement Program. The Bank also received bronze awards in the categories of Best Extended Enterprise Learning Program and Best Use of Social/Collaborative Learning.

Distinguishing itself with sustainability practices focusing on inclusive development, TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye) has reaffirmed its major success at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, one of the world's most prestigious corporate award platforms, by adding 6 more awards to its tally. During the 24th Excellence Awards organized by Brandon Hall Group, TSKB received 4 gold and 2 bronze awards, crowning the previous awards it bagged for three years in a row thanks to its innovative human resources projects.

At the Excellence Awards, entrants are evaluated by an international independent jury under various categories in the field of human resources. TSKB received the gold award in the Best Unique or Innovative HR Program category with its ‘HR Representatives Program’; the Best Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Program category with its ‘Employer Branding in TSKB’ program; the Best Unique or Innovative and Development Program category with its ‘Sustainability Learning Journey’ program, and the Best Employee Engagement category with its ‘Employee Engagement Activities in TSKB’ program. Moreover, the Bank received two bronze awards, one in the Best Extended Enterprise Learning Program category with its ‘Sustainability Workshops’ program and the other in the Best Use of Social/Collaborative Learning category with its ‘Sustainability Learning Journey’ program.
