For years TSKB has taken the approach of “creating a TSKB family” and “training its own managers itself”. In keeping with this principle, the bank targets “recent university graduates who have management potential and who want to be a part of TSKB” when recruiting new personnel. Those who are interested in joining the TSKB family as a management trainee may do so by taking part in a TSKB Kariyer Atölyesi (Career Workshop). These workshops have been held every year in the spring since 2010.

TSKB accepts people into internship positions during the year. Third-year university students who have taken part in a TSKB Kariyer Atölyesi (Career Workshop) are the primary candidates for such positions; however both vocational lycee students who have not had a chance to take part in a workshop and university students (whether or not they have internship requirements to fulfill) will be considered as trainee candidates as well.
