About law suits entered by the Bank for cancellation of tax assessments.
The 4 law suits entered by our Bank in the Istanbul Tax Court for cancellation of fined income tax/stamp tax assessments were rejected; and we will go for an appeal for them. Since their equivalent was reserved beforehand, regarding the mentioned fined assessments, no negative effect is expected on the financial statements of the bank.
