Registration of Capital Increase
Procedures regarding capital increase to increase the Bank’s issued capital from 1.300.000.000 TL to 1.500.000.000 TL within its equity ceiling of 2.500.000.000 TL' by providing an amount of 200.000.000 TL from year 2013 profit were completed and the new capital was registered by the İstanbul Registry of Commerce
