About the Resolution of the Board of Directors.
In its Meeting held on 25.03.2011, our Bank’s Board of Directors has resolved as follows:
“Within the frame of our Principal Agreement, Article 18, Mr. H. Ersin ÖZİNCE, the Member of our Board of Directors, has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Murat VULKAN the Member of our Board of Directors, has been elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.”
