Our Bank’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 01st, 2011, has resolved, within the frame of 18th Article of our Principal Agreement, to assign Mr. Mehmet ŞENCAN, the Member of our Board of Directors, to the office of Vice Presidency of the Board of Directors as well as the Member of Corporate Governance Committee.
