About the Nomination Committee
At the meeting of our Board of Directors held on 27.02.2013, it was resolved that the Corporate Governance Committee, set up on 30.09.2009 of our Bank shall assume the duties and post of a Nomination Committee, which had to be constituted according to the Notice for Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Market Board.
