About the lawsuit
A lawsuit was filed for the cancellation of a part of the agenda item regarding “Distribution of Year 2012 Profit”, accepted by a large majority in the 2012 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Bank, which is distribution of profit for one unit founding preferred share.
