Registration of Capital Increase
Procedures regarding the capital increase to increase the Bank’s issued capital from 1.100.000.000 TL to 1.300.000.000 TL within its equity ceiling of 2.500.000.000 TL, by providing an amount of 168.000.000 TL from the profit of 2012 and an amount of 32.000.000 from extraordinary reserves, were completed and the new capital was registered by the İstanbul Registry of Commerce..
