Syndicated Loan
Within the framework of the authorization given by the Board of Directors of our Bank, a syndicated loan agreement was signed for 1-year term, a total amount 90 million Euro and 15 million US Dollar, consisting of two separate credit tranches, provided from international markets with the participation of 13 banks from 8 countries under the coordination of Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft in Istanbul at the date of 3 July 2013.
