About Mandate Letter
The Bank signed a Mandate Letter with the Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (CGMI) for a credit amounting to a total of 40.000.000.-(Forty Million) Us Dollar, 30.000.000-(Thirty Million) part of which being under the guaranty of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).
