With the material disclosures of our bank dated 25 February 2013 and 21 May 2013, the tax penalty notifications made to our bank and the lawsuits filed for cancellation of the aforementioned tax assessments had been announced. Some of these lawsuits filed in the Tax Courts were concluded in favor of the bank where some of them against the Bank, and the amount of 22.1 million TL that was accrued, in relation with the court decision made against the Bank, was paid by the Bank as of 31 July 2014. Since an equivalent amount had been reserved beforehand, the aforementioned payment has no negative effect on the financial statements of our Bank.

The process in question continues at the appeal stage and if an important development occurs, it will be announced with a material disclosure.
