About the Lawsuit regarding the General Assembly
Regarding the agenda item captioned Distribution of Profit generated in 2014 which was adopted in our Bank's General Assembly Meeting of the year 2014, a lawsuit has been filed for the cancelation in relation to the portion allocated for one of the founder redeemed share certificates.
