About the registration of the issued capital
The transactions for the capital increase is completed related that Bank's issued share capital increased to 1.750.000.000 TL from 1.500.000.000 TL within the ceiling of the authorized capital of the issued capital of 2.500.000.000 TL and the new capital was registered by Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
