About Remuneration Committee and Sustainability Committee
In the Board of Directors meeting held on 27.11.2015, the following resolutions have been adopted:
1-Zeynep Hansu Uçar shall be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee to replace Ertan Burhanettin Kantar, who has resigned from his duty.
2- Executive Vice President Ömer Eryılmaz shall be appointed as a member of the Sustainability Committee to replace Executive Vice President Orhan Beşkök, who has retired from his duty.
