Yellow Line EXPLORE

01

Yellow Line

To us, equality, inclusiveness and access to opportunities are not independent topics but parts of a whole that complement each other. The TSKB Yellow Line is our common roof that brings this whole together.

We do not see TSKB Yellow Line as a project or a campaign. We see it as a common stance that reflects our view of the society, of our employees and of our stakeholders. All our efforts to ensure that equality prevails in practice, not in rhetoric, come together under this roof.

We address social impact not only through the areas we support, but also through permanent and measurable contributions. We implement this perspective in a wide range of areas from education to corporate culture.

Any action we take under the TSKB Yellow Line aims to do three things: to strengthen access to opportunities, to reduce invisible barriers and to open up spaces where everyone can realize their potential.

MANIFESTO

The TSKB Yellow Line is a line of equality drawn against all forms of discrimination.

It is not a stop sign but rather a guide that reminds us to look carefully, to understand and to move forward together.

For TSKB, the Yellow Line is a way of thinking that expresses not who stands where on the road to development, but how everyone can get involved to achieve better.

We believe multidimensional development makes sense when it is accessible for all. That is how we position the TSKB Yellow Line as a line that brings together, not separates.

The starting point for the TSKB Yellow Line: Equity in Diversity

In the TSKB Yellow Line, language is always constructed with care and respect, and differences are seen as richness. Thinking together becomes a natural part of decisions and application.

The activities for all segments of society under the TSKB Yellow Line brand cover a wide range of impact areas from education to arts and gender equality to accessibility. These activities enforce equality not with words, but with concrete steps and drive inclusiveness not through intentions but through permanent practices.

Our experience from over 75 years of development journey shows us that progress on solid foundations is meaningful when the links between people, nature, society and culture are reinforced.

The TSKB Yellow Line makes these links visible and brings us together to move in a common direction.

The TSKB Yellow Line does not draw borders but underlines a more sustainable, inclusive and equitable future!

IMPACT AREAS
Accessibility and Inclusiveness
Accessibility and Inclusiveness

In the field of Accessibility and Inclusiveness, we perform activities supporting equal participation of individuals with different needs in information, education, culture and working life. In our relevant projects, we intend to eliminate barriers and adopt an approach of empowerment rather than assistance. Our aim is to create inclusive spaces where everyone can feel safe and represented.

Gender Equality
Gender Equality

In the field of Gender Equality, we aim to contribute to the equal representation of women in all areas from education to business life and culture and arts to decision-making processes. Our gender equality projects help support women's empowerment, visibility and equal access to opportunities. We are working to ensure that an egalitarian perspective is permanently embedded in the corporate culture and the business world.

Education and Youth
Education and Youth

In the field of Education and Youth, we support access to quality education for a wide age group ranging from children to university students. We aim to ensure that young people have equal access to knowledge, skills and development opportunities. We believe that the education journey should start at an early age. Based on this belief, we create an impact line extending from preschool to higher education.
