Suat İnce the new CEO of TSKB

Suat İnce has been appointed as the CEO of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). Suat İnce, who will begin his duties on 31 March 2016, following the retirement of Özcan Türkakın. Mr. İnce will be the 9th CEO of TSKB.

It was said as follows in the statement made by the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 24.03.2016: “A Member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of our bank, Özcan Türkakın, will be leaving his positions of a Member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of our bank on 31.03.2016, in order to retire. It has been decided by our Board of Directors to elect Suat İnce to the vacated Membership of the Board of Directors, as of 01.04.2016, within the framework of article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, and that Suat İnce, who has been elected as a Member of the Board of Directors, to be appointed as the Chairman of the Executive Committee, following the required legal application and receipt of permissions.”

About Suat İnce:

Suat İnce, who was born in Ankara in 1964, graduated from the Department of Economics of the Middle Eastern Technical University in 1987. İnce, who began his career at İş Bankası in 1987, was appointed Assistant Manager of the Corporate Loans Assignment Department in 1995, and the Regional Manager for Loans of Region I in 1997. Suat İnce, who was employed at İş Bankası in the Commercial Loans Assignment Department, Corporate Loans Assignment Department, and the Altunizade Branch, and as the Branch Manager of the Kozyatağı Corporate Branch respectively, since 2000, was appointed as the Executive Vice President of İş Bankası on 2 April 2008.
