The Time of Receipt of the Payment Order and the Last Time of the Payment Order to be Accepted
The time the payment order transmitted by the Customer reaches the Bank is the time the payment order is received. If this takes place outside business hours, the payment order is deemed to have been received on the next business day. The Customer may deliver the payment order to the Bank by 4:00PM on business days, and by 11:00AM on half-business days. After this time, the payment order received by the Bank is deemed to have been received by the Bank on the following business day. If it is agreed that the payment order will be executed on a certain day, at the end of a certain period, or on the day when the Customer deposits the funds for the payment at the disposal of the bank, the day agreed for the payment is considered as the time of receipt of the payment order. If the agreed day is not a business day, the payment order is deemed to have been received on the next business day.
Maximum Completion Time of Payment Transaction
The Bank performs payment transactions upon the Customer's instruction, within a maximum of four working days, except in unforeseen circumstances which prevent the contract from being fulfilled and/or reasons of no fault of their own. Where the recipient’s payment service provider is located abroad, the Bank transfers the amount of the payment transaction to the recipient’s payment service provider's account within seven business days.
Fees Due
The fees to be paid by the Customer regarding the payment services to be provided by the Bank are included in the Product and Service Tariff. The parties may also set a transaction specific fee.
Exchange Rate to be Applied to the Payment Service
The bank exchange rates at the time of the transaction are applied between the bank and the customer. Any changes in the exchange rates applied by the Bank are immediately applied by the Bank without any notification to the Customer.
