Real estate offered for sale on this page is sold “as is” without any commitment or guarantee from our Bank. It is recommended that the necessary investigations regarding such real estate are carried out by the buyer of the real estate.

In order for the bid to be processed, a security deposit of 5% of the bid amount must be deposited in the Bank.

The announced sales prices do not include any commitment from our Bank. As a result of the evaluation of the offers after they are sent to our Bank, the sale will be carried out to the highest bidder who has deposited the security deposit, upon the approval and acceptance of the offer by the Bank. The deposit fees of parties who submitted lower bids will be refunded. On the other hand, our bank reserves the right to stop selling properties whose prices have been announced, and to revise the sale prices of the properties.
