TSKB Opens Seventh Kindergarten Classroom in Kars under the 75th Year Kindergarten Project
As part of the TSKB 75th Year Kindergarten Project it launched in February to support preschool education and women's employment in the 75th year of its foundation, TSKB has recently opened new kindergarten classrooms in Kars, following Kilis, Malatya and Elazığ. TSKB CEO Ozan Uyar gave a speech during the opening ceremony held at the Başbakanlık Toki Primary School. "At TSKB, we are delighted to have opened a total of seven kindergarten classrooms in four provinces in a short period of time under this valuable project, which we have implemented in this privileged year when we celebrate our 75th anniversary. We will keep opening new classrooms and contributing to high quality education."
Operating on a vision for an inclusive and sustainable future, TSKB launched the TSKB 75th Year Kindergarten Project in 2025, the year the Bank celebrates its 75th anniversary, to create lasting value through education. The Bank opened the first kindergarten classroom in Kilis Öncüpınar Primary School on 14 February 2025 and then launched seven kindergarten classrooms in four provinces in a short period of time as part of the project aiming to support both preschool education, which plays a critical role in the mental and emotional development of children, and women's employment.
The kindergarten classrooms are equipped to cater to all the requirements of preschool education, boasting dedicated learning space including science corner, music corner and maths corner, which will contribute to children's development.
Speaking at the opening ceremony held at Başbakanlık Toki Primary School in Kars, TSKB CEO Ozan Uyar said, "We initiated our TSKB 75th Year Kindergarten Project to play a role in the spread of high-quality education within the framework of our dream for a sustainable future and to keep our hopes for the future alive by supporting the development of our children. As part of this highly valued, meaningful project, we are very excited and happy to open two kindergarten classrooms at the Başbakanlık Toki Primary School in Kars."
