The Public Offering of Mistral GYO will be performed by the TSKB and Yatırım Finansman
Established with the partnerships of the leading businessmen of Izmir, Mistral GYO is going public between 12-13 January 2017, under the leadership of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) and the joint leadership of Yatırım Finansman Securities (YFAŞ). The size of the public offering, for which eighteen institutions are to register applications to purchase shares with a fixed price, will be 53.6 million TL. At a fixed price of 5.50 TL per share, 70 percent of the public offering will be allocated to domestic individual investors, and 30 percent will be allocated to domestic institutional investors.

25 percent of Mistral GYO is to be offered to the public by way of registering demand for the shares, between 12-13 January 2017. The capital of the company prior to the public offering is 39 million TL. The size of the public offering will be 53.6 million TL. At a fixed price of 5.50 TL per share, 70 percent of the public offering will be allocated to domestic individual investors, and 30 percent will be allocated to domestic institutional investors.
