TSKB signs a Syndicated Loan Agreement for US$ 133 million

Turkey’s first private development and investment bank TSKB has signed a syndicated loan agreement for approximately US$ 133 million consisted of 2 separate slices. The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) has signed a syndicated loan agreement for approximately US$ 133 million in Istanbul on July 03, 2013. As a result of this agreement, TSKB has renewed its syndicated loan by 136%.

11 banks from 8 countries including Bayerische Landesbank, Citibank N.A. Nassau Branch, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, ING European Financial Services Plc., Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Standard Chartered Bank, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Banque Internationale de Commerce - BRED, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Barclays Bank PLC and WGZ BANK AG Westdeutsche Genossenschafts-Zentralbank have participated to the loan.

TSKB General Manager Özcan Türkakın said, “TSKB has successfully completed the syndicated loan, which has obtained from exquisite international banks that it cooperates, with an increase of 36% compared to the previous year with new participant banks. Our sustainable banking activities we perform successfully and our cooperation with participant banks in line with our expertise in various fields will continue with a wider range.”
