Within the scope of its valuation services, licensed valuation specialists at TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme who are authorized by the CMB (Capital Markets Board) perform valuation services in a wide range of areas from land, business centers, factories and shopping centers to hotels, logistics facilities and ports.

With a strong and professional team, TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme has been providing independent and impartial reporting services which meet international standards since its foundation to individuals, domestic and foreign companies, holdings, public institutions, domestic and foreign banks, real estate investment trusts, real estate development companies, law firms, financial leasing companies, insurance and reinsurance companies, municipalities, independent audit companies, brokerage houses, foundations and companies subject to CMB legislation.

TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme was included in the list of valuation companies by the Capital Markets Board in February 2003. It was also one of the first companies to have obtained the authorization to provide the service of “valuation of real estate, real estate project or rights and benefits related to real estate” with the decision number 3469 dated 17 December 2009 taken by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA). Having obtained the CMB and the BRSA licenses, TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme obtained the RICS license, awarded by the British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which provides international service assurance. TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme then became one of the leading companies in Türkiye in this segment, holding three licenses.

TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme broke new ground in 2012 when it started to provide valuation and advisory services for 'green building' investments. Its employees are LEED Green Associate certified, with in-depth knowledge of green buildings and competence in green building valuation. With its expert staff in this field, it offers "Green Building" valuation, which is one of the most important areas of awareness on sustainability, and "Green Value" Analysis in the Highest and Best Use.

TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme works with valuation specialists authorized by the American Appraisal Institute and attaches tremendous importance to cooperating with institutions which are pioneers in valuation and which possess intellectual know-how.

TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme holds two separate certificates, one awarded by Kagider and the other by Escarus, regarding Equal Opportunity practices, demonstrating that it has internalized policies promoting gender equality.

In 2014, TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme had branches located in a total of six provinces in Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Adana and Antalya and its head office in Istanbul.
