As a capital markets institution, TSKB GYO invests in real estate, real estate projects, real estate-based rights and capital market instruments. It establishes ordinary partnerships to realize certain projects and engages in other activities permitted by the relevant communiqué of the CMB.
TSKB GYO’s investment strategy, whose core values are consistency, transparency, quality, social responsibility, customer orientation and teamwork, is based on growth through project development, sustainability and risk management.
The company pursues an investment strategy which envisages developing a project starting from the idea stage, organizing all of the necessary work in the process, finalizing the project in a manner which will provide commercially sufficient efficiency and realizing the project; and subsequently growing through project development. It carries out effective risk analysis with the planning system, which is another important component of this approach which contributes significantly to the sustainability of the projects. Accordingly, TSKB GYO carries out a meticulous planning process before the construction work of the project gets underway, and takes measures to minimize any risks which may arise.
TSKB GYO and the Capital Markets
TSKB GYO is an investment company which is subject to the capital market legislation in place in Türkiye. One of TSKB GYO’s goals is to help investments in real estate investments take place in the capital markets as a liquid and solid investment alternative. In accordance with the legislation, TSKB GYO has been traded on the Borsa Istanbul under the "TSGYO" ticker since April 2010, following the completion of the initial public offering process. TSKB GYO has meanwhile been building its real estate portfolio and fulfilling other requirements.
