Brandon Hall Group Commends TSKB’s Human Resources Practices for the Second Year in a Row

At the Excellence Awards hosted by Brandon Hall Group, renowned globally as one of the most prestigious corporate award organizations where HR practices are evaluated, TSKB secured two gold awards and one silver award in the categories of “Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring”, “Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process” and “Best Benefits, Wellness and Well-Being Program”.

Distinguished by its sustainable and inclusive banking practices, TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Turkey) maintains its trajectory of receiving accolades both nationally and globally for its innovative projects in the field of human resources. Securing a consecutive two-year streak of accolades at the 23rd Excellence Awards organized by the Brandon Hall Group, one of the world’s most prestigious corporate award platforms, TSKB won a total of three awards this year—two gold and one silver.

The Excellence Awards ceremony, overseen by an international independent panel of jurors, encompassed diverse categories in the field of human resources and took place in Florida, USA. The Bank won the gold award in the “Leadership Development” category as the “Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring” and in the “Talent Acquisition” category as the “Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process”. TSKB received the silver award in the “Human Resources” category under “Best Benefits, Wellness and Well-Being Program”.
