TSKB's Corporate Governance Rating has increased to 9,40

The Corporate Governance Rating of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (TSKB) is increased to 9,40 over 10 in the corporate governance rating study covering the companies listed in BIST Corporate Governance Index with the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) license in Turkey. With this rating, TSKB has proven that it continues with its efforts in line with the Corporate Governance Principles of CMB.

Believing that being fair, transparent, responsible and accountable is vital for both the development of national and international capital markets and the interests of the Bank and stakeholders, TSKB manages this matter as a dynamic process and performs continuous improvements accordingly.

In his evaluation related to the matter, TSKB General Manager Özcan Türkakın said, "As TSKB, we consider corporate governance as a significant keystone in performing banking responsibly. The result we obtained is a concrete indicator that we are on the right track. We are aiming to increasingly apply the requirements of Corporate Governance Principles in the coming years and to make our Bank an exemplary institution in this area as in several other areas."
