Two Awards from Brandon Hall Group for TSKB’s Human Resources Practices

Continuing to crown its achievements in the international arena with its projects that make a difference, TSKB won two awards for its human resources practices at the Excellence Awards organized by the Brandon Hall Group, one of the world’s most well-established and prestigious consulting companies.

TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Turkey), which continues to create value for Turkey’s sustainable and inclusive development with its expert and qualified human resources, received one gold and one silver award at the 22nd Excellence Awards organized by Brandon Hall Group. In the award program with an international jury, TSKB received the Gold Award in the “Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development” category and the Silver Award in the “Best Use of Blended Learning” category.

TSKB stood out in the award program with its digital learning and development channel “Be a Partner with the Future” platform and “Competency Development” and “Leadership Development” programs designed in cooperation with K2C Training Consultancy.

Since 2020, we have been supporting the personal learning journeys of our employees with our digital learning and development platform ‘Be a Partner with the Future-GOO’, which we have been running with our business partner K2C. As a first step in this journey, we independently measure the readiness and potential of all our employees for senior positions and identify their strengths and areas for development. The most effective feature of our program is that it offers different learning methods such as digital and face-to-face training, as well as mentor feedback and individual action planning. The GOO platform also features a wide range of interactive content on different leadership types and competencies based on research by top international universities and professors. We enhance the content of our programs that blend a digital platform with in-class learning every day. In the program, we also ensure the sustainability of motivation for training and development with a fun spirit of competition and mini prizes. It is our greatest pride to design learning as a pleasant journey by diversifying it with different tools, and to witness the development of our employees.”
