First Lease Certificate Issued in the Food Sector by TSKB
The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) broke yet another ground and successfully issued the first lease certificate in the food sector in Turkey. Commenting on the issuance worth TL 75 Million, Onur Aksoy, Head of Capital Markets at TSKB Investment Banking, said: "We are pleased to provide our client Altınmarka Food with long-term funds and introducing it into capital markets through the first lease certificate in the food sector brokered by us. Our work aimed at bringing new companies into capital markets is continuing without slowing down".
The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) broke another ground and successfully issued Turkey's first lease certificate (sukuk) in the food sector after having completed Turkey's first lease certificate issuance in gas distribution sector. The TSKB-brokered issuance provided Altınmarka Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. with funds worth TL 75 million.
Emerging as the second lease certificate issued by TSKB, the issuance took place on a 2-year maturity with periodically-variable return payments every three months and targeted qualified investors. Commenting on the issuance of March 11, Onur Aksoy, Head of Capital Markets at TSKB Investment Banking, said: "We are pleased to provide our client Altınmarka Food with long-term funds through the first lease certificate in the food sector brokered by us. We are also glad to introduce into the capital markets Altınmarka Food, one of the leading corporations in Turkey known by everyone mostly through its brand "Kahve Dünyası".
