Reverse Mentoring
With the Reverse Mentoring program, we re-learn from young employees. Our aim here is to support mutual learning, to strengthen communication and synergy between generations. While matching our mentors and mentees, we applied insight inventory and matched those with different types of energy and brought together different profiles. The X-Y-Z Generations held meetings where they focused on a range of topics such as Employee Loyalty and Motivation, Innovative Ideas Used in Working Life and Technologies of the Future. We take into account the suggestions put forward by our mentors on HR related issues.
