TSKB receives the Corporate Governance Award once again
With its rating score of 9.44, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) has received "The Company with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating Score Award" once again this year. TSKB’s CEO Özcan Türkakın stated that the bank has a strong corporate governance culture and that business processes are as important as business results. Türkakın added that this achievement was a product of the cooperative efforts of all TSKB employees.
Organized for the fifth time this year by the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD), the Corporate Governance Awards found their recipients at the International Corporate Governance Summit. Taking the current rating scores of corporations which trade on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST) Corporate Governance Index as of December 31, 2014 into account, TKYD granted this year's "The Company with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating Score Award" to Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), which won the award also last year.
With its adherence to fair, transparent, responsible and accountable corporate governance approach, TSKB raised its corporate governance rating score to 9.44 in 2014. Holding its place among the corporations with the highest corporate governance ratings since 2009, TSKB has won the "Company with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating Score Award" for the second consecutive year.

TSKB's CEO Özcan Türkakın stated that the bank has strong transparency and corporate governance culture and that business processes are as important as business results.
