Employee Satisfaction Survey
We gauge the opinions of employees with online surveys on a variety of subjects, including HR practices, periodically every year. We report the results and draw up action plans. As TSKB, we believe that the most successful business development can be achieved through the observations and views of the employees in the Bank , and we regularly organize employee satisfaction surveys with this in mind.
In line with our strategy, we aim to create a working environment which will allow each of our employees to work with high performance, by evaluating the results of the Employee Satisfaction Survey and taking relevant actions. We conduct one-to-one feedback interviews with all heads of departments based on the results of the Employee Satisfaction Survey. We listen to suggestions for improvement from a coaching perspective. We carry out this work with an independent Advisory firm which is specialized in this area so our employees are able to share their opinions comfortably in the employee satisfaction surveys which we organize.
