Entrepreneurship and Innovation Culture Development

At TSKB, we care about bringing experience and innovation together with the common mind. In a period when technology and innovation shape all sectors, we added the element of "enterprise" to our corporate culture in order to create development models suitable for the spirit of today and the future. In order to cooperate with the start-up ecosystem, which is the driving force of the digital transformation in our country, we established the TSKB Technology and Entrepreneurship Platform together with the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GIRVAK). Through this platform, we bring the experience of our young volunteer employees and our experienced volunteer employees, who are the mentor groups in the fields of development and investment banking, together with the young entrepreneurs, who are university students. Through this fusion, they are able to come up with innovative business ideas and technologies related to products and strategies which will prepare TSKB and our country for the future.

The volunteering teams at the TSKB Technology and Enterprise Platform carry out work to examine opportunities in sustainability issues such as Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Decent Work conditions and Economic Growth, Responsible Consumption and Production, Participation in Finance, Sustainable Cities and Living Spaces, and create new products for our Bank in these areas.
