Upon our application to the Capital Markets Board for the renewal of our licenses under the Capital Market Law No: 6362, our Bank has been authorised to conduct the following investment services and activities in accordance with Communiqué III-37.1 on Principles Regarding Investment Services, Activities and Ancillary Services:

• Activity of Execution of Orders
• Activity of Dealing on Own Account
• Activity of Investment Advisory
• Activity of Intermediation for Public Offering
• Limited Custody Service

By reason of the Capital Markets Board's afore mentioned authorization, our Bank's;

• 27.12.1996 / 07 - Intermediation in Off Exchange Securities Trading
• 22.08.2001 / 245 - Intermediation for Public Offering
• 22.08.2001 / 182 - Investment Advisory

licenses have been cancelled with Capital Markets Board's approval and abolished from the Trade Registry on 01.10.2015 to be promulgated on Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
