Awards and Memberships

We were awarded the Equal Opportunity Model certificate (KAGİDER FEM Sertifikası) in recognition of our policies and the women-friendly practices which we have implemented in the working environment. With the Equal Opportunity Model certificate, we have demonstrated our sensitivity and determination in promoting women's participation in working life and gender equality. As one of Türkiye’s first signatories of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP's), which were put forward by UN Woman, we have shifted our support in this field to the international platform.
