Committees and Working Groups

At TSKB, joint decisions are taken by giving consideration to suggestions from employees through committees and working groups which consist of employees from all levels. As many as 22% of our employees represent and take part in these committees and working groups as active participants in a range of areas from the sustainability theme to many different banking-themed committees. In addition, 15% of our employees are represented in various working groups in our sustainability-themed work.
