Grievance Mechanism

We listen to all kinds of opinions, suggestions and complaints which may come from either our employees or our customers.

TSKB employees have the right to convey their personal complaints, any incidences of including physical or psychological harassment (mobbing), to the Manager or Executive Vice President, to the Directorate responsible for Human Resources or the Assistant General Manager, to the Board of Inspection or to the CEO. Another complaint mechanism available for Bank employees is the Bank's internal form, where an employee may report suspicious situations or situations in which they are hesitant, or internal irregularities to the Internal Control or Internal Audit units through an internal form.
