Our Human Resources management constantly encourages the participation of our employees in work processes through transparent communication channels which are available to receive suggestions and opinions from our employees. The “I Have a Suggestion” Platform is actively used by our employees. After a decision is taken to implement a suggestion by categorizing it according to the topic title and the relevant person, the Human Resources Department follows up on the issue within a certain period of time.
