TSKB on Campus
We attend lectures, fairs and panels at universities in order to carry out strong employer branding activities and meet new talent. Our employees of all titles and from all departments take direct responsibility during these events and provide technical presentations to the students. They also give talks about our Bank and explain the career opportunities at our Bank.
Since 2012, we have been conducting Sustainability Workshops in cooperation with TSKB’s affiliate Escarus, which provides Advisory in the field of sustainability. In the program, we provide students with one-to-one case studies including components of sustainability and conduct a real simulation study. In this way, we ensure that sustainability is calculated with clear data. Our aim is to raise awareness of sustainability by communicating with students, who will be the employees and decision makers of the future, and to create a platform for the perception and interpretation of sustainability from different perspectives. Our target audience for the Workshop, which we organize in the halls of universities once a year, is mainly 3rd and 4th year students reading Business Administration, Economics and Engineering. Each team is accompanied by an expert coach from our Bank to guide the students on the calculations needed to solve the case studies.
