Customer Disclosure Text Regarding Personal Data Processing
1.PURPOSE AND SCOPE
On behalf of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (“TSKB” or “the Bank”), we declare that we care about the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of your private life, and within this scope, we take maximum security measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.
This Disclosure Text covers the categorical basis of personal data which is processed by ourselves within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) within the scope of the relationship of the goods and service supply, their collection methods, the legal reasons and purposes of their processing, transfer and transfer purposes, and the rights of the real persons who own the data. The text was prepared for informative purposes in the interests of transparency.

Categories in which personal data belonging to the "Supplier/Business Partner" real person are processed by our Bank during the supply of goods and services: Identity Information, Contact Information, Professional Experience Information, Personal Information, Financial Information, Visual and Audio Records, Criminal Conviction and Security Measures Information, Health Information and Other Information.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data is collected in physical or electronic media through all kinds of verbal, written, audio and visual communication, fully or partially automatic or non-automatic methods, provided that it is a part of any data recording system.
Accordingly, your personal data is obtained and collected from a wide variety of channels such as (i) verbal or face-to-face meetings and communication realized in the TSKB Head Office and branches, (ii) all kinds of contracts and protocols for supplier/business partner activities concluded in the form of regulation or approval, (iii) written communication realized by e-mail and fax, (iv) news published in newspapers and magazines, websites, lists of chambers of industry and commerce and social media platforms, (v) mutual communication in sector events and invitations, (vi) vocational/professional qualification documents, training information or course/certificate information which you have transferred to TSKB.
Your personal data may be collected by our Bank for the following legal reasons.
- It is clearly stipulated in the laws,
- The establishment of contracts to which we are a party, and to performance of our acts,
- Fulfilling legal obligations arising from contracts and legal legislation,
- Personal data which has already been made public by yourself
- When it is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right,
- Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Bank, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
5. PURPOSE AND LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data in connection with and for reasons limited to the stated purposes, based on the legal processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK to ensure the realization of the purpose.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSE
Your personal data, listed below categorically, is transferred to the following institutions, organizations, authorities and individuals residing in Türkiye in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, which regulates personal data transfer, and is limited to the stated purpose of transfer and to the extent that it fulfills the purpose.
Accordingly, your personal data may be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, disclosed, transferred, inherited, classified or processed by the third parties to which your data is transferred, provided that they comply with the KVKK.
7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER
In order to exercise your rights as stipulated by Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Data Controller through the following methods, provided that you comply with the procedure specified in Article 5/2 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in Issue 30356 of the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2018.
- To our Bank's Head Office, at the address of Meclisi Mebusan Cad. No:81 Fındıklı 34427 Beyoğlu - Istanbul or to our Ankara branch, at the address of Aziziye Mah. Piyade Sok. B Blok No:3/7 Çankaya /Ankara, in person, together with documentation necessary to determine your identity;
- With a notification to be submitted to our Headquarters address by a public notary,
- By e-mail sent to our Bank's registered e-mail address“tskb@hs02.kep.tr” by filling out the application form at http://www.tskb.com.tr/i/assets/document/pdf/verisahibibasvuruformu.pdf,
- By filling in the application form at http://www.tskb.com.tr/i/assets/document/pdf/verisahibibasvuruformu.pdf and sending the digital copy of the form signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to the e-mail address “kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr” from your e-mail address,
- By submitting a completed and signed copy of the application form, which can be found at http://www.tskb.com.tr/i/assets/document/pdf/verisahibibasvuruformu.pdf, by e-mail to the e-mail address of “kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr” through your e-mail address as registered and confirmed in our Bank's systems.
