1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (“TSKB” or “the Bank”) attaches importance to the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms, primarily your privacy, and that within this scope, we employ the highest security measures in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.
This Disclosure Text herein was prepared in order to disclose the categorical basis of personal data which we process within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), their collection methods, the legal requirements and purposes of their processing, the transfer of personal data and purposes of such transfer and the rights of the real persons who own the data in a transparent manner.

The personal data belonging to the TSKB electronic publications subscribers, categorised as Identity Information, Contact Information, Professional Experience, is processed by our Bank.
4. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND ITS LEGAL REQUIREMENT
Your personal data is collected in electronic media, which is entirely automatic, by means of written communication. Accordingly, your personal data is obtained and collected through the Subscription Form for subscribing to the TSKB Publications available on TSKB’s website, at https://www.tskb.com.tr.
Provided that your personal data is directly related to establishment of a Contract or execution of it, your personal data is obtained and collected because it is obligatory to process the personal data belonging to the parties of a contract due to legal requirements, and the existence of express consent.
5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND ITS LEGAL REQUIREMENT
We process your personal data based on the processing requirements specified in Article 5 of the KVKK (legal requirement) to the extent to provide realization of the purpose as related to the specified purposes and limited to those specified purposes.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE
Your personal data, as categorised below, is transferred to those companies which are resident in Turkey and that are as described below in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK, which regulates transfer of personal data, in a manner that is limited to the specified transfer purpose and to the extent that will fulfil the purpose.
7. RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to exercise your rights contained in Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Data Controller through the following methods provided that it is in accordance with the procedure specified in Article 5/2 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, which was published in Issue 30356 of the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2018.
• To our Bank's Head Office, at the address of Meclisi Mebusan Cad. No:81 Fındıklı 34427 Beyoğlu, Istanbul or to our Ankara branch, at the address of Aziziye Mah. Piyade Sok. B Blok No:3/7 Çankaya, Ankara, in person with the documentation which allows determination of your identity,
• With a notification to be submitted to our Head Office address by a public notary,
• By e-mail sent to our Bank's registered e-mail address “tskb@hs02.kep.tr”,
• By filling in the application form at http://www.tskb.com.tr/i/assets/document/pdf/verisahibibasvuruformu.pdf and sending the digital copy of it signed with secure electronic signature or mobile signature to the e-mail address “kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr” from your e-mail,
• With a completed and signed copy of the application form at http://www.tskb.com.tr/i/assets/document/pdf/verisahibibasvuruformu.pdf which may be sent to the “kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr” e-mail address from the e-mail address which is registered and confirmed in our Bank's systems.
