TSKB Meets the Youth for the 12th Career Workshop
TSKB Career Workshop, Türkiye's first and only recruitment workshop in the field of development and investment banking, was organized for the twelfth time this year. Supporting intergenerational experience sharing, TSKB once again came together with young talents. TSKB Executive Vice President Özlem Bağdatlı said, "Thanks to the traditional TSKB Career Workshop, we meet young people every year and mutually share our experience. As an organization that has been able to integrate sustainability into its business processes for long years, investing in human capital lies at the heart of our success."
TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye), Türkiye's first development and investment bank, completed the 12th TSKB Career Workshop, which was launched to attract young talents to the sector. The workshop was held on May 10 this year and was attended by 38 young people, including senior students from departments such as business administration, economics and industrial engineering at universities that offer education in a foreign language, as well as fresh graduates and postgraduate students.
During the workshop with the motto ‘Show Your Difference’, students received comprehensive information from TSKB's expert teams about the sustainable banking model, financing of development investments, investment banking and advisory practices. In the department introduction webinar organized before the workshop, candidates had the opportunity to closely explore the Bank’s fields of activity. Participants were trained on ‘Effective Presentation Techniques’, ‘Finance for Non-Experts’ and ‘Effective Communication’ using TSKB's online training and development platform ‘GOO, with TSKB coaches accompanying them throughout the workshop.
The workshop included various activities for young people to experience teamwork and get to know the business life at TSKB closely. Following the workshop, young talents are expected to step into their TSKB career journey.

We come together with young talents, who are carefully selected every year, and support them in realizing their potential, while offering them the opportunity to get to know the values of our Bank and gain experience. Throughout the workshop, we deliver a qualified training program and talent acquisition process thanks to our coaches who work closely with the young talents one-on-one and apply special evaluation methods. To date, over 400 young people have attended these workshops and have started careers in development and investment banking. Today, 1 out of every 5 colleagues working at TSKB has a Career Workshop background. This demonstrates the contribution of our program to both our human resources strategy and our corporate sustainability. It is a source of great pride for us that young talents make a solid start to their careers at TSKB."
