USD 30 Million Financing from TSKB to Sarten Packaging

TSKB extended a USD 30 million financing for Sarten Packaging's machinery and equipment investments in Silivri, Çerkezköy, Karacabey, Manisa, Aliağa and Gebze plants. This 10-year financing aims to maximize the efficiency of the company's plastic and metal packaging production lines.

TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye) will provide a USD 30 million financing for machinery and equipment investments and capacity building projects to be carried out by Sarten Packaging in Silivri, Çerkezköy, Karacabey, Manisa, Aliağa and Gebze plants. The company aims to maximize the efficiency of its plastic and metal packaging production lines via this financing, which will be extended with a total maturity of 10 years in addition to a grace period of 2 years.

Through this financing, Sarten Packaging will renew its existing machinery and procure new equipment to boost operational efficiency and respond to increasing order requests. According to the project planning, plastic production equipment will be installed mainly in new facilities in Aliağa OIZ and Gebze OIZ, while metal packaging equipment will be installed in factories in Karacabey, Çerkezköy and Manisa and integrated into the production ecosystem.

Commenting on the agreement, TSKB CEO Ozan Uyar said, "We prioritize financing productivity and technology-oriented investments in strategic sectors that represent the production power of our country. We will boost our production capacity and operational efficiency

Zeki Sarıbekir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sarten Packaging, made the following remarks on the agreement:
